That this House notes the permission hearing Appeal B4/2011/2952 [2012] EWCA Civ 684 DF (Children) from May 2012; recognises that permission was refused notwithstanding the falsity of the key allegation of Liverpool City Council that the mother was lying and claiming not to be pregnant when she was pregnant; further notes that her alleged dishonesty was the key reason why her children were placed for adoption; further notes that in fact the City Council was wrong and she was not in fact pregnant and hence not lying; further notes that this point was made at the permission hearing; further notes that there were unacceptable delays in the provision of a judgment from the County Court; and further recognises that domestic proceedings have now been exhausted and that her hope of obtaining justice in the English and Welsh jurisdiction has now been dashed.
