That this House notes that 3 December 2012 has been designated Sir Kevin Sinfield Day by Leeds Rhinos in honour of Kevin, who has now served as captain of Leeds Rhinos for 10 years; recognises the huge success he has had since being named captain in 2002, reaching 17 major finals and winning a record-breaking six Grand Finals as well as two Super League shields; furtherrecognises Kevin's fantastic attitude towards the sport of rugby league, his club Leeds Rhinos and the English national team; further notes that he is a fantastic role model for young rugby league fans promoting values of teamwork, sportsmanship and discipline on and off the field; and calls for Kevin Sinfield's contribution to the sport of rugby league to be recognised with an honour in the New Year's Honours list.
