That this House congratulates the Evington in Bloom team winning the silver prize in the Britain in Bloom competition, which celebrates its 50th year; applauds Evington in Bloom's co-ordinator Helen Pettman, Friends of Evington and It's your Neighbourhood Group; acknowledges the support by local ward councillors Deepak Bajaj and Piara Singh; and thanks the Nineteenth Leicester Scouts and all of the local residents and communities who committed their time to plant seeds and bulbs to brighten and beautify the area.
