Workplace Equality Index 2016 And The Golden Jubilee National Hospital

That this House recognises that more than 400 organisations took part in the 2016 Workplace Equality Index (WEI) organised by Stonewall UK the highest number in its 12-year history; understands that the WEI is a powerful evidence-based benchmarking tool used by employers to assess their achievements and progress on LGBT equality in the workplace and that each participant must demonstrate their expertise in 10 distinct areas of employment policy and practice, including networking groups, career development, training and community engagement; and congratulates the Golden Jubilee National Hospital based in Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire, on being named top Health and Social Care Provider in the UK as well as all other category winners.
