Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'welcomes the exposure by the World in Action programme, "Return of the Rebel", of the appalling discrimination against black sport in South Africa; deplores the facts that of every thousand Rand spent on sport by the South African Government only one Rand goes to black sport and that of every hundred cricket fields only 15 are available for blacks; commends the courage of Peter Hain in defying a South African Government ban by travelling legally, and under his own name, to South Africa to warn of the dangers of riot and disturbance posed by Mike Gatting's rebel cricket tour; regrets the set back that tour threatens to the advance of black sport and its failure to serve any interest other than the financial gain of those giving support and succour to a discredited and disintegrating regime; and calls on the Government strictly to enforce the Gleneagles Agreement.'.
