That this House asks the Premier League to appoint a body independent of football to review the case brought against Middlesborough Football Club arising out of the postponement of the game due to be played at Blackburn on 21st December 1996 and that the independent body should consider all of the events leading up to, and subsequent to, the decision of Middlesborough Football Club to postpone the fixture.
