ARSENAL'S VICTORIES

That this House congratulates Arsenal Football Club on winning the Premier League for 1997-98 and the Women's Cup Final; looks forward to them winning the Football Association Cup on 16th May; and recognises the contribution made by all players and staff, and, in particular, Arsene Wenger for his brilliant leadership of the side.
