Re-Opening Of Canada House, London

EDM number 1291 in 1997-98, proposed by David Marshall on 06/05/1998.

That this House congratulates the government of Canada, and the companies involved, on the restoration of Canada House in Trafalgar Square, London, to its former glory, and on its re-opening on 13th May by Her Majesty the Queen in the presence of the Canadian Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, who will be visiting London at the invitation of the Prime Minister as a guest of Her Majesty's Government.
