Helicopter Crash At Glamis

That this House expresses its deepest sympathy to the family of Gary Malley on his sudden death in a helicopter crash at Glamis on 13th July; acknowledges the importance of the investigation by the Air Accident Investigation branch to identify any lessons for public and helicopter safety; and calls on the Lord Advocate to hold a fatal accident inquiry into this incident.
