That this House congratulates Michael and Julie Ward of Wyne Vale Park, Cabus and Lodge Park Catterall on their achievement in being voted Residential Park Owners of the Year for an unprecedented second time; records this signal achievement as a recognition not only of very high standards but of excellent harmonious relationships with residents; challenges the rest of the residential parks industry to emulate the Wards; and calls upon the Government to bring forward far-reaching park homes legislation which incorporates statutory duties of registration, inspection and enforcement as early as possible.
