leave out from 'House' to end and add 'is exceedingly disappointed with the agreement between the Greater London Authority and Mr Bernard Rayner to end the sale of pigeon corn in Trafalgar Square; believes this might be in the interests of the Mayor and Mr Rayner but is certainly not in the interests of the square's pigeons; and calls upon the Mayor to respond favourably to the request for talks between his office and experts on pigeon control with the intention of finding a more humane method than starving the pigeons to death.'.
