Honourable Member For Banff And Buchan

That this House commends the honourable Member for Banff and Buchan on his decision to return, once again, to the Scottish Parliament; believes that his restoration will bring much needed leadership and vision to the SNP group at Holyrood currently mired in in-fighting, acrimony and allegations of bullying; and congratulates him on his selfless decision to come to the assistance of Mr John Swinney at this difficult time.
