Creche Facilities

That this House notes that the provision of creche facilities operating for less than two hours per day does not come under part XA of the Children Act 1989; is concerned that parents leaving their children at such facilities available to the general public may not be aware of this lack of regulation; and calls upon the Government to review this situation.
