Anti-Terrorism, Crime And Security Bill And The Human Rights Act 1998

That this House believes that the Human Rights Act 1998 (Designated Derogation) Order 2001 (S.I.,2001, No.3644), dated 11th November 2001, which was laid before this House on 12th November, should not be approved until the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Bill received Royal Assent.
