Peterhead Academy And The 2002 Rock Challenge

That this House congratulates the students and staff of Peterhead Academy on winning the Scottish heat of the 2002 Rock Challenge, an international performing arts competition, with their exceptional production and performance of 'When the Boat Comes In' which portrays the cultural spirit of North-east Scotland's fishing communities; endorses the aims of the competition organisers in challenging young people to be the best they can without the use of alcohol or drugs; and wishes Peterhead Academy every success in the next leg of the competition to be held in May.
