EDM number 1146 in 2002-03, proposed by Ian Davidson on 06/05/2003.

That this House notes the announcement on 5th May from the Federal Bureau of Statistics of the latest German unemployment figures for March 2003; notes that unemployment has risen by 44,000 to 4.41 million or 11.1 per cent.; further notes that German unemployment has risen for 12 consecutive months; and therefore believes that the euro is not working.

This motion has been signed by a total of 19 MPs.
