That this House congratulates Accrington Stanley Football Club on becoming champions of the Unibond League Premier Division, and thereby winning promotion to the Nationwide Conference; notes that it is a magnificent achievement to gain 100 points during the course of the season; further notes that Accrington Stanley are a world famous name in football and that their success will be widely popular; and passes on its best wishes to club chairman, Eric Whalley, manager, John Coleman, and all the players and fans.
