Caribbean Court Of Justice

EDM number 1165 in 2002-03, proposed by Diane Abbott on 08/05/2003.

That this House welcomes moves to establish a Caribbean Court of Justice, that will act as the final appeal body for the region, free of control from the United Kingdom Privy Council; and looks forward to legislation establishing the Court of Justice currently passing through the Barbados Parliament becoming law.
