Line 15, leave out from 'management' to 'young people' in line 17 and insert 'notes that the report is a testimony to the failure of successive Governments in the area of sexual health; it deplores the Committee's failure to a preventative approach based primarily around promoting abstinence; regrets the Committee's support for early medical abortion which can have serious side effects and complications and which many feel has engendered attitudes resulting in the soaring increased in sexually transmitted infections; further regrets the Committee's failure to recommend the policy of fully informed consent to abortion; and calls on the Government to review its sexual health policy as a matter of urgency and to improve
