Line 7, leave out from 'issues' to end and add 'applauds the stance the Government has taken to reform agricultural subsidies and phase out European Trade barriers; warmly endorses its commitment not to sign up to anything at Cancun that it does not believe to be in the interest of devloping countries; and welcomes the apparent new-found interest of the Conservative Party in development matters after their record in Government of halving the proportion of GNP devoted to aid and consistently neglecting the trade needs of the developing world.'
