Upgrading Junction 10 Of M5 Motorway

EDM number 1473 in 2002-03, proposed by Nigel Jones on 25/06/2003.

That this House notes the incomplete traffic arrangements at Junction 10 of the M5 motorway near Cheltenham; deplores the delay in providing north and south access at the junction; sympathises with the many residents of the Princess Elizabeth Way area of Cheltenham who suffer extra traffic which is forced to use Junction 11; recognises the additional noise, pollution, vibration and road safety dangers posed by this extra traffic; and calls on the Government to make speedy progress towards a full upgrade of Junction 10.
