Exotic Cats

EDM number 533 in 2002-03, proposed by Adam Price on 16/01/2003.

That this House notes with concern the recent attack on a domestic dog in Llanagdog, Carmarthenshire by an alleged big cat; further notes that a research team in the University of Wales, Swansea has received over 70 reported big cat related sightings in South Wales alone since October 2001; expresses with deep concern that evidence suggests exotic cats such as pumas and panthers are breeding in Wales; and calls on the Government to investigate exotic cat activity across the UK and publish its findings.

This motion has been signed by a total of 10 MPs.
