Conservative Party And Paying For The Reconstruction In Iraq

That this House condemns the double standards of the Conservative Opposition for its persistent hostility to France and Germany, which has intensified in recent months, but whilst adopting a policy which envisages those countries paying toward the post-war reconstruction of Iraq.
