That this House warmly congratulates Norwich City Football Club on their promotion to the premiership; acknowledges the magnificent achievement of Delia Smith, her husband, the Board, Nigel Worthington, the players and everyone else involved with the club, particularly given the extent of the financial crisis which the club faced after relegation to the First Division; and wishes Norwich City success in the Premiership.
