That this House congratulates Lancashire Police Constabulary on being top of the police performance list measures by HM Inspectorate of Constabulary; recognises that the list measures 16 different activities ranging from reducing crime such as burglary and reassuring the public to responding to major incidents, and that Lancashire Constabulary finished top of the 43 forces in England and Wales; praises all members of the Lancashire Constabulary on helping to police Lancashire; and looks forward to Lancashire Constabulary further improving its service to the people of Lancashire and remaining the best police force in the country.
