That this House notes the concern of the people of Erskine and Gallowhill following the decision by the SNP/Liberal Democrat-led Renfrewshire Council to close Bargarran and Gallowhill community libraries without any consultation with these communities; and shares the dismay that local councillors on the ruling group are not prepared to fight to retain these valuable community resources.
