That this House welcomes figures confirming that in Scotland almost 200 fewer motorists were arrested for drink and drug-driving offences over the festive season compared to 2007; and hails the efforts of the Scottish Government, Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland and all eight police forces that led a successful Scotland-wide Festive Road Safety Campaign for 2008.
