Superfast Broadband In Cumbria

That this House believes that fast broadband services are vital to ensuring universal internet access; notes that many rural areas such as Cumbria do not have access to such services; maintains that urgent action is needed by broadband suppliers to provide better services to those in rural areas; and calls on the Government to introduce legislation to ensure everyone has access by right to broadband speeds of at least two megabits per secondby 2015.
