That this House congratulates the hard work and success of the staff of Harlow Connexions, who have helped to reduce the number of young people not in employment, education and training in the Harlow area; welcomes the Government's proposal for a new all-age career service; hopes that it will build on the concrete successes of Harlow Connexions; and further hopes that there will be early opportunities for existing staff at Harlow Connexions to contribute to and help deliver the new All-Age Career Service as it is rolled out, using their local knowledge and expertise.
