That this House notes that Mrs Jane Brown is a campaigner for the Mothers' Union based in Lancashire; further notes that a letter from Mrs Brown was the catalyst that led to the tabling of Early Day Motion 969 about the Bye Buy Childhood Campaign; believes that in encouraging this Early Day Motion Mrs Brown made a unique contribution to the establishment of the Bailey Review; further believes that this work will help safeguard children in future; and resolves to thank Mrs Brown on behalf of children and young people of this country.
