That this House notes that some 30 Gadaffi regime loyalists, including Gadaffi family members, are reportedly under house arrest in Niger; sends its respectful wishes to His Excellency Mahamadou Issoufou, President of Niger; asks him to co-operate with the International Criminal Court in the Hague and authorities in Libya to ensure the immediate extradition of Gadaffi loyalists wanted for crimes against humanity currently seeking sanctuary in his country; and believes that this a golden opportunity for Niger to show the world her aspiration for peace, stability and democracy to prevail in Africa.
