That this House congratulates Hereford Sixth Form College on the successful development of its innovative E-Driver e-learning package aimed at raising road safety awareness amongst young drivers and their passengers; further congratulates Deputy Principal Dr Ruth Brinton on her central role in pioneering this initiative; notes that one-third of road collisions involve people aged 16 to 25; and urges all sixth form schools and colleges in the UK to consider adopting the programme, which is free of charge and readily accessible online at http://direct-learning.co.uk/e-driver/player.htm, with a view to preventing future tragedies.
