That this House welcomes the breakthrough in tackling the legal high problem by creating technology that will identify substances in the drugs; congratulates Queen’s University, Belfast, on perfecting the method by which these substances can be identified so that more prompt health diagnosis can be made; and looks forward to the total ban of psychoactive substances on the enactment of the Government's Psychoactive Substances Bill.
