That this House congratulates Simon Puttock from Newtongrange, Midlothian, on winning the Bookbug Readers Award in the three to seven years category for his picture book entitled Mouse's First Night at Moonlight School which was voted for by children all over Scotland; recognises his commitment to the Scottish Book Trust Charity which changes people's lives through reading and writing by giving free books to every child in Scotland regardless of background; and hopes that this inspires and supports Scotland's diverse writing community and also inspires children to develop a love of reading.
