That this House notes that architecture is a profession that offers rich possibilities for a wide range of talented individuals; congratulates the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) on its work to increase diversity within the architecture profession; further congratulates RIBA and the architects involved in the RIBA Role Models project, which shows that architecture is a profession open to all; further notes RIBA's call for gender pay reporting to apply to businesses employing fewer than 250 people to help tackle the gender pay gap and encourage improvements in female representation at senior levels; and calls on the Minister of State for Women and Equalities to make a statement.
