That this House congratulates Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves on their World Club Series victories over Cronulla Sharks and Brisbane Broncos respectively; thanks and applauds all clubs for an outstanding spectacle of rugby; believes that these victories illustrate the quality and skill level of the sport in the northern hemisphere; further congratulates Wigan Warriors in particular for their success in becoming World Club Champions for a record fourth time; recognises that these are the first victories for northern hemisphere sides in the expanded World Club Series format; notes that Wigan Warriors are the first northern hemisphere World Club Champions since 2012; and looks forward to another fantastic seasons of entertainment in the Super League.
