That this House recognises that hospital car parks are used by patients and visitors at a difficult time; notes that parking is a necessity for drivers using the hospital services or visiting a loved one; further notes that extortionate car parking charges are extremely worrisome for patients and visitors at an already distressing time in their lives; and urges the Government to consider ending car parking charges at NHS hospitals in England.
