That this House condemns Buckinghamshire Fire Authority for charging homeowners for pumping out their homes following recent flooding in Milton Keynes; notes that Buckinghamshire is the only fire authority proposing to do this; expresses its sympathy with those who suffered from the recent flooding and its outrage that their distress should be exacerbated in this way; and calls on Buckinghamshire to withdraw the charge and reconsider its action .
