Comprehensive Education In Milton Keynes

That this House notes the result in the case of Milton Keynes Council versus Milton Keynes Grammar School Temporary Governing Body; reaffirms its commitment to comprehensive education as the foremost and most efficient way to provide secondary education; and calls on Her Majesty's Government to proceed actively with measures to raise standards for all children.
