leave out from 'House' to end and add 'believes that the Abortion Act 1967 should be reformed to stop abortion virtually on demand as practiced at present and to outlaw private fees for either recommending or carrying out abortion in order to prevent one law for the rich and another for the poor; and observes that throughout Northern Ireland the overwhelming majority of people, regardless of community or denomination, have a resolute opposition to abortion and are opposed to the extension to Northern Ireland of the law as it applies to the rest of Britain.'.
