Ecgd Cover And Algeria

That this House is astonished at the news that ú64 million of taxpayer's money has been used to underwrite the acquisition of military equipment by the Government of Algeria; condemns the failure of the previous Government to recover the ú204 million unpaid by Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya and Venezuela; and notes that Amnesty International has denounced the Algerian Government's torture and murder of their people that has caused at least 75,000 deaths.
