Violence In Slaughterhouses (No. 2)

That this House notes that Rose County Foods Ltd., operators of a licensed slaughterhouse in Sawley, Clitheroe, has been charged with contravention of the Specified Risk Material Regulations 1997; notes that the first hearing will be at Blackburn Magistrates' Court on 1st February 1998; and notes that the case relates to BSE enforcement.
