Jubilee Line Extension

EDM number 677 in 1998-99, proposed by Jim Fitzpatrick on 20/05/1999.

That this House warmly welcomes the opening of the first stretch of the Jubilee Line extension from Stratford to Greenwich via West Ham and Canning Town; and believes that the full extension of the line will not only be of service to the Millennium Dome and Exhibition next year, but will be of incalculable benefit, socially and economically, to East London in particular, and the whole of London in general.

This motion has been signed by a total of 21 MPs.
