That this House congratulates Thames Water on their ú950 million investment in sewage treatment processes which has delivered greatly improved water quality; notes that the Thames is now the cleanest metropolitan river in the world; and looks to celebrate this achievement at 12.15 p.m. on Tuesday, 20th June 2000 when the annual Thames Water Charity Duck Race is started from Westminster Bridge.
