Clergy Employment Rights

That this House notes the continuing anomaly in the law by which ministers of religion and other workers are denied access to the basic protection of employment rights; and calls on the Government to bring forward at an early date the provisions contained in section 23 of the Employment Relations Act 1999 to provide equal access to justice for clergy in respect of their employment rights.
