That this House takes note of the Second Report from the Environmental Audit Committee, The Pre-Budget Report 2000: Fuelling the Debate (HC 71), as relevant to debate on the Chancellor's 2001 Budget; and urges the Government to return to its previous helpful practice of allowing references to EAC reports to appear on the Order Paper for the information of all honourable Members on such occasions.
