Access To Broad Band Telecommunications

That this House calls on the Government to take urgent action to improve the competitiveness of United Kingdom industry and commerce by making broad band technology more widely available and to investigate reported abuses of the BT monopoly position; and requests that regulatory powers be used to give all approved telecommunication providers equal access to the local loop.
