Right Honourable Member For Yeovil

EDM number 604 in 2000-01, proposed by Norman Baker on 25/04/2001.

That this House notes the intention of the Right honourable Member for Yeovil not to seek re-election to the House; expresses gratitude for his very significant contribution to politics in this country; believes his expertise in foreign affairs in particular will be sadly missed in this House; thanks him for his integrity and his humour; and wishes him well in the next stage of his career.

This motion has been signed by a total of 46 MPs.
