Bull Fighting

That this House congratulates the now deceased bull who was able to gore the matador Jose Tomas in the Maestranza bull-ring in Seville; wishes a future bull greater success; and calls upon the European Parliament and Commission to effect a total ban throughout the European Community on the cruel, barbarous and anachronistic slaughter of bulls in the name of sport.
