Neighbourhood Recycling Points

That this House welcomes the Angus Council initiative in opening 15 neighbourhood recycling points in both rural and urban areas of Angus in recent months; commends the progressive environmental policies of Angus Council that will provide a vast improvement in recycling capabilities to the people of Angus; and welcomes Angus Council's plans to open another two recycling points this year.
